Really good Central Stay

easy access central location christmas decoration helpful staff

The hotel provided easy access to nearby shops. The location was quite central ,a great advantage. I liked the Christmas decorations in the lobby. The staff were helpful. Their service greatly enhanced my visit.

I found the room needed some attention to the painting.

some issues noted

dirty room missing hand towels

The room wasn't super clean sadly. i saw hairs in the bath and on the bathroom floor. it looked like the corners hadn't been cleaned well. there were small bits of rubbish. i only had shower towels. There were no hand towels provided.
